This policy explains what personal data Perfacta collects through this website and its services, why, and what your rights are.
1. Who we are
Perfacta provides a production line for work done by AI agents and people. We operate from Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and we are the controller of the personal data described here.
For any privacy question, write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@perfacta.ai.
2. Information we collect
- Contact form. Your name, your email address or phone number, and your company name if you give it
- Intro calls. The details you enter when you book a call, such as your name, email address and the time you choose, and what you tell us on the call
- Correspondence. The content of emails and messages you send us
- Usage data. Pages visited, the device and browser used, approximate location, and whether a visit came from one of our ads. We collect this only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes your IP address and request data in order to deliver the website
- Cookies. Small files and similar storage on your device. Our Cookies Policy lists them
3. Sensitive personal data
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, such as data about health, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, genetic or biometric data, or sexual orientation. Please do not send it to us. If you do, we process it only with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time, or where the law requires it.
4. How we use your data
We use personal data for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis is given for each.
- To answer your request and arrange an intro call – steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f))
- To provide, operate and maintain our services under a service agreement – performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b))

- To measure how our advertising performs – your consent, given in the cookie settings (Article 6(1)(a))
- To keep the website secure and to detect and prevent fraud – our legitimate interest in a secure service (Article 6(1)(f))
- To meet legal obligations – compliance with the law (Article 6(1)(c))
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA), which hosts the website and receives the contact form
- Calendly LLC (USA), which runs the booking of intro calls
- Google Ireland Limited, for Google Analytics and Google Ads, only if you allow analytics or marketing cookies
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, for the LinkedIn Insight Tag, only if you allow marketing cookies
- providers of the email and office software we use to handle your request
- authorities or other parties, where the law requires it or where it is needed to protect legal rights
Service providers act under confidentiality and data protection agreements.
6. International data transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and some of our providers are in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your country. Where the destination does not offer an adequate level of protection under the law that applies, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or another transfer mechanism the law allows.
Questions about transfers: dpo@perfacta.ai.
7. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, and no longer than 5 years, unless the law requires a longer period or the data is needed to resolve a dispute. Your cookie choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again. Lifetimes of individual cookies are in the Cookies Policy.
8. Security of your data
We protect personal data with technical and organisational measures such as encryption and access on a need-to-know basis. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you can:
- ask for access to your personal data and for a copy of it
- ask us to correct or update it
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to restrict its processing, or object to it
- receive it in a portable form
- withdraw a consent at any time. For cookies, use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page
To use these rights, write to dpo@perfacta.ai. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the European Economic Area, the authority of the country where you live or work, and in the UAE, the UAE Data Office.
10. Data Protection Officer
We have appointed a Data Protection Officer, who oversees our compliance with data protection law, advises our staff, keeps records of processing, looks into incidents, and is the contact for authorities and for you. Contact: dpo@perfacta.ai.
11. Privacy by design and by default
We collect only the data a purpose needs, limit access to the people who need it, and keep settings privacy-friendly by default: analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you turn them on.
12. Data breach notification
If a breach of personal data occurs, we contain it, assess the risk and take further security measures. Where the law requires it, we notify the authorities and the people affected without undue delay, and tell them what happened, which data is involved and what they can do to protect themselves.
13. Children
Our website and services are meant for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
14. Changes to this policy
We post updates on this page and change the date at the top.
